We understand that you may be new to an area and need a bit of help to find a room suitable to rent. Often we can book block room viewing appointments for you, and our rooms letting agency arrange an accompanied door to door service. We offer flexible viewing times between 8am 8pm and do operate on the weekend and during most holidays.

RESERVING

When you reserve one of thehouseshares listed with us, you will normally be expected to put down one month rent in advance, and one months deposit (A total of two months rent up front). There is also a small tenant administration fee to cover our costs. If you are unable to source a deposit we do have access to tenant deposit scheme Zero Deposit Bonds that offer a monthly payment plan. Call us for more details.

REFERENCING

We do not normally do credit checks forhouse share rooms, but occasionally landlords do request this. We do take work references and a personal reference.
