  RESERVING

  When you reserve one of thehouseshares listed with us, you will normally be expected to put down one month rent in advance, and one months deposit (A total of two months rent up front). There is also a small tenant administration fee to cover our costs.   We do not normally do credit checks forhouse share rooms, but occasionally landlords do request this. We do take work references and a personal reference.
